How long are rental time frames?
Prices are set for single-day rentals. Games can be picked up in the morning and returned the following morning.
What is the preferred method of payment?
We accept e-transfer and cash.
How do I secure a booking and is there a deposit?
To secure a rental you are required to submit a completed contract and payment of a 50% non-refundable booking deposit.
What if I damage an item?
Full reimbursement for the unrepairable item(s) is required for anything beyond normal wear and tear. This stipulation is covered in the rental contract you will receive at the time of booking confirmation.
Where is pick up?
Pick up in the community of Royal Gardens in Edmonton, Alberta, just south of Southgate Mall.
Is delivery an option?
Yes, we can deliver games! There is a $50 delivery fee within Edmonton city limits. Please contact us for details for delivery outside of Edmonton. Additional mileage may be charged.
What if I don't know how to play one of the games?
On our website we have the rules to many of the games for you to access. We hope you will try games you have never played before!
